Delivery & Collection Information
We have a number of delivery options available.
Standard Delivery
We will send your costume out via Royal Mail with tracking so you are informed when the costume will arrive. Costumes sent via standard delivery normally take about 2-3 days to arrive to your door. However you should allow up to 7 days especially during busy periods like Christmas. Please use our next day service for a guaranteed delivery.
- For baskets below £8.01 we charge a delivery fee of £2.50.
- For baskets over £8.01 we charge a delivery fee of £5.50.
Longer length items such as swords or wings may incur an additional small charge as they cannot be sent by a regular Royal Mail service.
Express, Next Day Delivery
If you need your costume very quickly then you can use our next day delivery service. All items ordered via next day delivery need to be marked as 'in stock' and ordered before 2pm to be dispatched that day Mon-Friday (Saturday order before 10:30 for Monday Delivery). We use Royal Mail to send next day delivery.

Buy and Collect
If you live near Huddersfield you can collect your costume direct from our store. We are located in the town centre so there is plenty of parking available. Simply place your order and we will confirm that your item is ready to collect via email or a telephone call.
- Collection is free.
When will your item be dispatched?
- If you order next day delivery on items marked as '1-3 day delivery' before 2pm we will dispatch that day.
- If you order standard delivery on items marked as '1-3 day delivery' we will dispatch within 24 hours.
- If you order standard delivery on items marked as 3-7 day delivery' we will dispatch within 2 to 5 working days.
What if there are any problems with my order?
If we have any problem with your order such as unavailability of items we will always advise you via email as soon as possible so we can either offer you an alternative or you can source from elsewhere. We will not leave you waiting and wondering what is happening to your order.
