We offer costume cash back as an added value service. We have found that some people like to wear the costume just the once. So, we have made this easy for you by offering costume cash back. Here is what costume cash back is. You can buy a costume for us and as long as you return it to us within a reasonable timeframe in a satisfactory condition we will refund part of your original purchase.
What do you need to do to qualify?
Costume cash back is available on some costumes but not all. In order for a costume to be returned it must be in its original packaging and be clean. It must contain all the accessories and components that it was originally purchased with. It also must be free of stains and marks within reason. Small marks and stains are fine but stuff like marks, large snags, holes, broken fastenings etc are not acceptable.
When you send the costume back to us we check it over to make sure that it is in a state that we can re-sell as pre-owned. Most costumes tend to be fine. If the costume is fine we will refund the agreed amount back to your account. This normally takes about one week.
Pre-owned Costumes
Our pre-owned costumes are costumes that have been previously purchased, used once and then sent back as part of our costume cash back scheme. We have a quality check on all returned costumes to ensure that your costume has all the accessories and components of the original costumes and is in the original packaging. We ensure that all costumes are clean and have no obvious signs of damage.
Our pre-owned costumes are not covered by our refund policy.
